communication success stories that can serve as best practices when you face your next challenge. Examples from the American Red Cross will provide some outside-the-box solutions to issues that could hit any type of organization in today’s rapidly-changing cyber environment. Suzanne is an assistant professor in the Department of Advertising and Public Relations at the University of Alabama. Her research is focused on crisis and disaster communication and government public affairs.
